    The stay was nice, recommend. My suite was gorgeous & updated. The daily service was excellent! Location: the hotel was just next door to the lake, the airport and Lake Spenard. It also was right on the waterfront.

    Close to the airport and great shuttle service to the city, train station and airport.

    We booked a lake view room for $50 more. We could see some of the lake, but right under our room was the big garbage station. . The fly screens on the windows were sealed with tape.

    It's on the shore of Lake Spenard. It's fun to watch the floatplanes taking off.

    I purchased the reservation on-line. It listed that the room/state taxes were not included in the price; but then further down on the web page; where you put your credit card on file; it made the statement; "Total Price"----$199.00However, when the bill came; they added $24 taxes--which brought the bill up to $224.00. This was discouraging.

    The location was great and the price was the best part of it all.

    Outrageous that internet access was an additional charge!!!!! We did not have any wireless service in the room at all and in the lobby there were 2 computers for guests to use but there was a fee by the minute to use them.
